We’re inviting movers, leaders, and coaches to submit ideas for session topics, breakout workshops, panels, and experiences at SUMMIT 2026. This is your chance to contribute to a first-of-its-kind gathering focused on clarity, execution, and real impact.

What We're Looking For
We want sessions that are:
- Practical and actionable
- Relevant to growing and scaling moving businesses
- Rooted in real challenges owners face today
- Led by speakers with experience or results to back it up
- Designed to equip attendees with skills they can use Monday
We are not looking for:
- Pitch-heavy presentations
- Pure brand promotions
- Content that doesn’t map back to real owner outcomes
Submission Details
Please complete the form below with your session idea. The more specific and concrete your proposal, the better.
- Deadline: Submissions accepted through April 1, 2026
- Review: Applications reviewed on a rolling basis
- Notification: Speakers will be notified by August 1, 2026
Session Formats We’re Accepting
- Main Stage Talk: Up to 30 minutes. Broad lessons with big takeaways.
- Workshop: Hands-on session with exercises and real tools.
- Panel: Focused discussion with multiple perspectives.
- Breakout Session: Short, practical talks on specific challenges or frameworks.
- Interactive Experience: Experiences built around collaboration, real problem solving, or intense skill building.
